ICE Ends Pandemic Moratorium on Raids

Starting mid-July, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) began conducting raids seeking to arrest immigrants present in the United States without authorization. In these raids, more than two thousand individuals were detained across 5 states including California.

If detained by ICE, then it is imperative that you contact legal representation as quickly as possible. Legal representation, often, prevents mistakes by the detained individual or abuses by ICE. While immediate removal is the worst outcome, one of the most damaging outcomes is being moved out of California into a detention center in another part of the Country.

The Immigration Guy maintains a 24 hour live bilingual hotline for family and friends of a detained individual to obtain legal advice anytime day or night. (760) 260-8158
